Job Type:
- Teach undergraduate/postgraduate courses through lectures, seminars, and hands-on sessions, maintaining rigor and engagement.
- Employ creative teaching methods to develop students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Design and update syllabus, assessments, and course materials to reflect industry and academic standards.
- Align courses with OQF and other quality benchmarks.
- Support quality assurance processes (e.g., PSA/ISA assessments).
- Conduct research and publish in academic journals to contribute to field expertise.
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary or industry-linked research projects.
- Advise students on academic planning, career paths, and personal development.
- Mentor students through tutoring, research supervision, and extracurricular involvement.
- Participate in curriculum reviews and program development initiatives.
- Take on administrative roles (e.g., committees, student recruitment, and program coordination).
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to department planning.
- Engage with professional organizations to enhance teaching and research practices.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
