Salary and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. degree in Finance with an active research record in and has teaching experience in at least two of the following courses: Portfolio Management, Entrepreneurial Finance, Real Estate Investment, Financial Engineering, Islamic Finance, Principles of Insurance, and Commercial Bank Management. The State of Kuwait does not recognize degrees from online universities.
- The ideal candidate who should possess excellent communication skills in English must be ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team where scientific creativity is essential. The applicant must have completed a PhD in Finance or any related field from a reputable North American (U.S. or Canada) or European university with at least three years of teaching experience after the doctoral degree. Successful candidates should have published at least three good quality publications and are expected to publish high-quality research in leading peer-reviewed journals and work in close collaboration with the research centers of the Graduate and Research office at GUST.
