Qualifications:
Assistant/Associate Professor – Logistics and Supply Chain
- Hold a PhD degree or equivalent in Logistics.
- Have strong research record as demonstrated by international publications.
- Possess appropriate academic professional qualifications.
- Teaching and industry experience in the relevant discipline is an asset.
- Demonstrate evidence of excellence in teaching undergraduate courses and experience in teaching postgraduate courses and supervising thesis.
- Experience in developing course curricula according to accreditation and international standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented multi-cultural environment.
Associate Professor with the Focus on Building Construction
- You have a Master’s or PhD degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a high level of English (spoken and written). You are design-oriented and work well both independently and within small efficient teams. Your area of expertise (both practical and teaching) includes the field of Building Construction with a particular focus on basic structural design, building physics, material and facades.
- You bring a curious and open worldview to your teaching and cooperation. You see yourself as an all-rounder with the focus on Building Construction and are most comfortable in a dynamic, academic workplace.
- Experience in Civil, Construction, and Building Materials technologies, applications, standards and economics is needed to manage R&D projects from idea generation and proposal drafting through to product development and testing. Generating successful spin-off businesses from R&D is also desirable. You are a strong promotor of new building technologies.
Assistant/Associate Prof. in Artificial Intelligence cs
- Candidates must have a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. They should have demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate/graduate courses and able to prove 3 years teaching experience at higher education level in Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence (or related fields).
- Candidates from all research/teaching areas are welcome, but preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Artificial Intelligence.
- An industrial experience is an asset. Research activities and publications are required.
- The successful applicant will be expected to teach several courses mainly on the undergraduate level (subjects related to AI), but also on the graduate level. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work within a multi-cultural team environment. The language of instruction at GUtech is English.
