AU seeks experienced faculty members that are keen to be part of this dynamic institution that matches the above mentioned academic ranks to join the College of Business – Marketing Department commencing 20th August 2023. At this stage, priority will be given to candidates’ specialty with a strong record of undergraduate and graduate education, a nationally and internationally recognized research record and a strong vision for multidisciplinary research related to Business Marketing and closely related fields. Screening of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates graduated from and/or served previously in preeminent institutions of higher education;
- Excellent teaching and curriculum development experience; Industry exposure through research, consultancy, or professional activities;
- Strong record of scholarly publication, an ability to attract and sustain externally sponsored research funding;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; and The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
