QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Previous administrative and leadership experience in an academic setting
- Proven track record of teaching,research, and scholarly accomplishments
- Strong communication, interpersonal,and team-building skills
- Familiarity with the academic andresearch landscape in finance and economics
- Ability to lead and manage a diversegroup of faculty and staff members
- Understanding of accreditation processes and quality assurance in higher education
- Preferable to be bilingual (Arabic and English)
